NYEMBOTECH / Legal information
How we work together
A practical description of the inquiry and delivery process. Final commercial terms belong in a reviewed, scoped agreement.
A brief starts a conversation
Submitting a project brief records an inquiry. It does not confirm a booking, guarantee a delivery date or create a payment obligation. The team reviews the context and agrees the next step with you. Any delivery timeframe or estimate must be confirmed for the specific engagement.
Proposals and agreement
A proposal describes the proposed scope, exclusions, timing and any amount entered by the owner. Accepting it in the workspace records your decision and starts project setup. The button is not presented as an electronic contract-signing service.
A separate agreement should identify the contracting parties, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, currency, applicable taxes and payment schedule before work starts. The legal effect of communications and acceptance must be addressed in the final reviewed terms; this draft does not determine that effect.
Delivery and customer decisions
The workspace connects milestones, files, comments and customer reviews to the relevant project. Approve a deliverable only after reviewing it, or request changes with useful feedback. New scope, revised timing and extra work should be agreed and documented by both parties.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply and for having permission to share materials. Access credentials and sensitive information should be exchanged only through an agreed suitable channel.
Invoices and payments
The current workspace records invoice or payment status entered by staff. A status label is not a payment-provider confirmation, a tax invoice or proof that money has settled. No payment is charged by accepting a proposal in this workflow. Payment methods, taxes, refunds and any cancellation terms must be set out in the engagement agreement.
Support, availability and handover
Support requests record the issue and its progress. A recorded priority or internal target date is not a service-level guarantee. Support hours, escalation, maintenance, handover materials and any ongoing service must be agreed for the engagement.
App installation provides convenient access to the same service. Projects and files require an internet connection and authorized sign-in; the generic offline page does not provide offline access to private work.
Items still requiring agreement
Before using these pages as contractual terms, the owner and qualified advisers must settle the following for the relevant customers and markets:
- Legal contracting entity and verified contact details.
- Intellectual property, licences, confidentiality and data-processing responsibilities.
- Acceptance criteria, scope changes, service levels and support coverage.
- Fees, taxes, invoicing, payment, cancellation, termination and any applicable consumer rights.
- Warranties, liability, governing law and dispute resolution. No jurisdiction is selected by this draft.
